I have nothing but great things to say about Store Right and the staff. The units are clean and never have had an issue. They send out monthly emails when it comes to their garage sales or on any changes being done. Everytime I’ve spoken with Michelle she is amazing always treats us like family is understanding and helps us with anything we may need. Great place to rent a unit if in need of one.

I have had 2 or 3 units at a time with this location with no problems in 6 years. Same manager onsite with an amazing attitude and smile. I rarely need help or have questions but when I do Michelle is always there to help. Clean, updated and functional for all my needs

Lease documents require too many signatures. Other than that it was easy.

I stored my boat at StoreRight Ruskin for a year, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The security measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing my boat was safe at all times. The access and location was convenient, with extended hours allowing me to retrieve or drop off my boat without hassle. The facility grounds and vehicle storage areas were clean and maintained, which is a huge plus when maneuvering a boat trailer in and out and the pull-throughs were spacious enough to accommodate my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their professional customer service truly made the experience seamless. Overall, StoreRight Self Storage in Ruskin exceeded my expectations in every aspect. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and convenient place to store your belongings, especially something as important as a boat, I highly recommend them.

As a remote employee, I have to store my parts and equipment in storage. My needs for storage change from time to time, which at other storage places seemed to be a hassle to their employees. Here at StoreRight they have helped make the changes, hassle free. I really appreciate their efforts to accommodate my storage needs.

I went here to check about renting a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the units are. Michelle, the property manager, was extremely helpful in getting me into the right size unit for a very fair price. Angela was also very helpful and they are very nice people! I am on a waiting list because they are full but I'll be renting there shortly...

StoreRight Self-Storage is an excellent storage facility. It is extremely well-managed. Michelle is an outstanding manager who works hard to keep her grounds & buildings well-maintained & tries extremely hard to have customer satisfaction. I stopped into my local store-right storage facility today! The young lady with red hair was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She told me her name but I forgot I guess . She answered all my questions, & boy I don’t shut up! Just ask my wife. Unfortunately they were at capacity. She had directed me to one of their other Store-right Storage locations but it was way to far. I'm 69 years old, I'd rather have my stuff closer to home! The young lady also had suggested that I provide her with all my information, so she can reach out when a unit opens up! If my wife heard this young lady she would have thought she was hitting on me. thank God I went alone! It was very nice that she suggested that. These kids these days don’t have any follow through they think they’re doing you a favor but I can’t say that I experienced any of that. She was just lovely! Like a ray of sunshine! They earn my business! I guess that’s why they’re at capacity! That’s why you can’t judge a book by its cover you have to look inside at their soul!

Still doing well. No complaints. No hassle and No bologna! Thought I would update my review! Same! The last manager was a joke. I can see the positive changes that are happening and it seems that ALL of the units in my area are now FULL!

I began renting storage at the Ruskin location, this past Spring. I was amazed at how clean the entire facility is maintained. The staff is always so warm and “ welcoming”. I will continue to recommend this location ( I have 2 friends, here renting space already)

Very courteous and helpful Clean. And mostly kind I rate them 5 STAR I RENT 2 Units (1) is Climate Control which I LOVE AND FIRST 90 DA THEY DEDUCT 50%!! THAT IS 3 MONTHS!!

I called and they answered right away. The deal was great and everything was done contactless and simple. They even have carts that you can use to move your stuff. The place is very clean and unkept.

Easy access, excellent service. Super thankful for Michelle’s help in a hectic move. She had what I needed and got me in the same day. When I purged, she helped me downsize. Once a month they host a community yard sale so that helped me get rid of more stuff. The location is easy to get to. The gate is always locked. I felt safe being on property any time. If I need storage again, I’ll be back.

Manager is extremely polite and professional. Property is very clean and appears secure. More available rolling carts would be a plus. Possibly, create a return spot for them. I walked entire building yesterday and couldn't find a cart. Simple fix. Still a 5 star experience.

Living in Riverside Club, this is a no-brainer due to its proximity. But the storage unit itself is great for those of us living in a home with limited space. I have one of the smaller climate controlled units and it is perfect for storing all my seasonal decor. Really appreciate the cameras and gate system. Haven't had any interaction with the staff since the day I signed up in January, but at that time they were very helpful.

The the location was a bit further than I wanted but when I spoke with her over the phone she gave me the best pices, perfect direction and a unit in there new building. I was sold. Property Manager Victoria C. is refreshingly AWESOME!! We rented a moving truck and this was our pick-up location. She went out of her way to contact us personally that morning to confirm our arrival time to her site. Outside of her control (another companies product), a key accessory to our move was missing. She immediately placed a call to ensure that our accessory was added to our order and that it was in route. Due to our excessive wait, she provided us was a discount and awesome interaction, which made our experience delightful in spite of our frustrations with "the other companies" tardiness. If I were still local, I would certainly use this facility. Grounds & buildings were very clean, manicured and the professionalism of Victoria C. far exceeded our expectations.

We moved to a smaller house and couldn't quite fit everything we had. Looked online for storage places close by that had climate control small units at a good price. Got a deal ~ 50% off first two months! All our stuff fits with room to spare. The staff is extremely helpful and always available. The facility is easily accessible and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Have been here for about 5 months now and the storages have high ceilings. Great climate control and secure gates. The front desk tenant was extreamly polite and helped me get in very quickly!

The clerks here are so nice. They have been so understanding and so willing to work with me and my family when we were going through a rough time. Now, we're out of said rough time, and their patience and understanding will be rewarded back to them. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! This is not my first rodeo with storage units. More like the 3rd. We picked this one because of it's close proximity to my parent's home, so they can use it as they need to. The price for a climate controlled 10x10 here is average compared to the rest of the southern Tampa area.

This is a wonderful place to store your belongings!! The facility is safe, clean and the employees are professional, helpful and courteous!!!! Not sure why someone would post this facility as "Too Expensive", they are the lowest priced in the area. I suppose they did not check around!!!
