Frank is the best!

Frank Stockman was very kind, polite, and most helpful. It was so nice to deal with a person on site. I had gone to two other places and you had to call a number on the door. When you are traveling to these places you don't have the time to come back again and again to try and meet with someone.

I absolutely loved doing business with StoreRight Self Storage. We needed to store our belongings for 2 years. Today, we were able to move into a new place, and I have to say, in our two years with StoreRight, we never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer very good-sized units that are air conditioned to protect your belongings and easy access, along with great security and surveillance. Today, in the heat, while I was moving all of our belongings into a Penske truck, Frank came around in the golf cart to offer me some water bottles for our group. That gesture alone meant alot to me because today was a big task to take on. He was also very helpful with us meeting our deadline to empty the unit. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of storage!!! Thanks Frank!

StoreRight on Oslo Road in Vero Beach is the best. The property is secure and well maintained. The staff are great. I've kept my boat there for a number of years and always felt comfortable regarding safety and prevention of damage.

My parents and I love this place ! It is by far the best in the area ! John in the office is just wonderful, and the maintenance Man Mike Is on his game, he always gives a helping hand. The professionalism and care these fellas give is on Point ! Highly recommended for and Storage Needs !

Friendly staff. Has drive up climate control units. Sure beats having to load the dolly and manuver inside corridor. Mine has the cylinder lock style for the roll up door. Good location at least for me

The StoreRight location on Oslo is safe and clean and easy to access. Collette the manager is super nice and helpful in ensuring you select the proper size unit. The staff is also very accommodating. This location allows you to bring your leashed and well behaved dog when visiting your unit which is great if you need to stop by and happen to have your dog with you. We liked that the security gates worked properly and the office faces the entrance so they can see who is arriving during office hours.

I went in for a 10x10 storage unit 2 months ago. Unfortunately none was available at the time. Collette and Donna took my name n number and I was called right away that one was available. Wonderful service and great people.

Absolutely excellent service by manager Collette! I initially spoke to her over the phone and later set up my rental in person. She could not have been any friendlier or more helpful! I was very stressed out and under a time crunch since my property was under contract and my previous moving plans were completely disrupted by covid-19. She also followed excellent social distancing and sanitary measures so that we were both protected, making sure to sanitize her hands before handling my driver's license and credit card. As a nurse I notice these things and she is the first person I have encountered who actually used proper procedure when it came to gloves and sanitizing hands. She made sure I had a unit that was appropriate for my needs and my physical limitations. Everything in the office, unit and surrounding area was neat and clean. All of this and a great price! She also made sure to go through with the rental agreement quite carefully so I understood all charges. She also questioned the time length of my storage needs so she could offer a long-term discount if it had been appropriate. I certainly anticipate the same level of service to continue as long as I have my unit there. This is the place to go I have no doubt. Thank you Collette! You were exactly the person I need it at this time. To her superiors, give her a raise! She definitely deserves it.

I came in from Miami same day with the hula filled. The staff lady who helped me was supper and gave me a good deal for a long term storage. She Knew I will be unloaded by myself so she found me a storage that was the perfect distance from the door to fit in my Budget. Great place

StoreRight Self Storage is great place to do business. The property manager Colette Carey is fantastic. She originally assisted me over the phone and was extremely helpful explaining the rental procedure and rules associated with renting a storage unit. I was working on a very short timeline because the closing of my home was accelerated and I needed a place to store my things until I was able to complete the purchase of my new home. The price was very reasonable and the unit was clean and secure. I cannot thank Colette enough for all of her assistance, patience, and professionalism. OMG!!! Love love love this place. The property manager Colette Carey was and is the best. She took her time to sit with me to explain the process. The price was right, the space was enough. She wasn't pushy, I wasn't a number to her. If you want great service and a cold unit go see Colette she'll hook you up.

This store is very well kept, and well managed by Eddie and Cathy. Their prices are reasonable. When it come time for me to rent a unit this is where I will rent from.
