What a great facility. Joanne in the front office was extremely helpful. The office was so clean and welcoming. The facility itself was very well kept and the prices are right. I do a lot of business with different facilities across the area and Joanne a league of her own.

Joanne was very good to deal with! Storage units are very clean, like brand new. I wonder why your website, like all other facilities don't advertise the hidden administration fees, which doubles the advertised price. It gives the industry a bad reputation.

The best customer service!

I’ve had no problems here. Absolutely each and every worker here has been friendly with such great working attitudes and they are on top of anything you need done. I came in one day and my light bulb was burned out. The little lady came by on the golf cart and said hi, asked how things were. I told her my light was out. She left. I figured that was the end of that. Not 3 minutes later she returned with new bulbs and a ladder. She got right to work and replaced the bulbs. I mean it was that fast! Another time I stopped at the office and mentioned that wasps were starting to make a nest over a door going in to one of the hallways. Not even my area. I just happened to notice them. I had stopped on my way out. Wasp stings really swell me up. I kind of have a radar for them. The next morning, first thing, I looked, it was all gone. It had been taken care of. I noticed when the corner mirrors are broken, they are replaced. The grounds are always neat and clean. The employees take great pride in the place and it shows. And I always feel safe when I’m working in my unit. They keep a close eye on the place. If anything or anyone is out of place, someone is out there checking it out. I highly recommend StoreRight on Kathleen Rd in Lakeland, FL.

We have rented here a couple of times and both times we are very pleased with the experience. The manager is an absolute pleasure. The place is very clean, well managed and organized. Thank you for surpassing all of our expectations with superior customer service.

Great pricing for the space. They often have really good 1st time renters bargains. Clean and very well maintained. Knowledgeable staff. I had a unit there for about a yr and half (2019 to 2021) and there were two times that I overlooked the payment on accident (by a few days) and they were kind enough to send a reminder email. Most places wouldn't do that.

Nitarsha was an amazing and fresh face from when I walked in the door to when I was handed the access code to my storage unit. She was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt with answering my questions over the phone as well as via email. The units are clean, easily accessible, grounds are kept up, and well lit at night too.

Facility was tight, clean, easy in/out. Staff were great to deal with, easy signup, easy close out. See you again in a few month when FSC ends the year!

Had an amazing experience here at StoreRight self storage! The unit was safe, air conditioned and perfect for storing my items. The associate Nitarsha was incredibly helpful, sweet, and a pleasure to work with. They answer all your questions and make the process enjoyable and provide you with a welcome bag! Rented a unit last year. Now getting a larger unit. Staff is excellent, units and hallways immaculate. I was a relief manager at Century Storage 10 years ago and I know what a good facility should look like and how important a friendly and knowledgeable staff can help both the business and the customer.
