So far, so good. Sign up process by John was excellent as was a tour of the facility. The place is new and even smells new. Our climate controlled unit was clean. Price is fine. Starting the move in process and unless there is a future issue, this review stands as written. Have had great service by everyone. Highly recommended.

We've been at StoreRight in Sebastian for over a year while we built our home. Althought the house is now finished, we decided to continue with our contract as they made is so easy and affordable to have an extra space to keep all our infrequently used things. Most people from the north don't realize the amount of space lost with no basement but this is sthe perfect replacement for that. Very friendly. Easy, secure, local access. Clean.

StoreRight Sebastian has been very good to me. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and they were very accommodating with the transition. The staff has been friendly and helpful each time I've called. The units are clean and the property is very well maintained.

This place is amazing. Both John's that work in the office are always very nice and professional and Mr. Mike that maintains the grounds always has that place spotless and all units in top shape. This was the easiest rental from out of state! I paid on line and receive a unit #. I also by phone, chose my own gate code! I was able to arrive late and access my unit when I finally arrived in Sebastian from out of state. Vacating was also simple. Empty the unit, take your lock, and close the door. Call the office and tell them you have vacated. A receipt will be e-mailed to you!!! Very easy!! The property manager, John O. was very friendly and very helpful with everything!! The units, property and restrooms were always very clean!! I highly recommend this facility!! The price was great, also!! I would use them again!!

My husband and I were attracted to StoreRight due to the fresh, clean appearance, we were not disappointed, the facility is spotless. In the office we received excellent customer service from John; he clearly explained the costs and set up auto payment for us. Definitely recommend.

Just based on my first interaction I give it 5 stars. I just moved in yesterday, which was Sunday and a day before hurricane Dorian was to hit. I was driving across the country with a moving truck and car in tow. I wasn't sure when I was going to arrive. John accomadated me, gave me his cell phone and just needed a heads up to come meet me to open the facility, etc. I changed days and times as it was taking longer to get down. Just thought that was very nice and that two other storage facilities in town would not accommodate me due to the weekend and the storm.

I’m not just saying that I must commend the guys at Self Right for all of the help they have given and offered regarding my storage preferences especially making sure that the unit I had purchased online was what I needed for what ever it was I needing to store. I feel safe anytime I am on the property even when I needed to go by after office hours and drop something off to my unit. I currently rent a 10X20 unit with Self Right storage and I have had my unit there for a year coming this May and I initially rented the unit online for their awesome intro rate. Thanks again! Great service. We were going to be arriving after opening hours and needed to get in. The manager met us after hours to let us in.

John and Colette have gone above and beyond since day 1. I recently relocated from WI and the challenges with moving 23 years of “stuff” is daunting. Coordinating multiple pod drop off and pick ups have been seamless with their help. They have been gracious and patient with us. We are truly thankful and will recommend StoreRight in Sebastian to all our friends.
