I would like to talk about my StoreRight experience. After learning that Susan, the manager, was now employed at the StoreRight at Land O' Lakes, I was thrilled because I used to store at the other location where she used to work. When I visited her and the brand-new facility, I was astounded by the setting, the cost, the clean restrooms, the well-kept units, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness. This location is among the greatest in Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. I absolutely recommend it. The fact that they genuinely care about their clients is what caught my attention. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere in the front lobby, which includes coffee, water, pastries, and more. What a wonderful location! P.S. You can feel the welcoming atmosphere at StoreRight as soon as you step in, complete with friendly staff and soothing music. I applaud both Susan and Mark for the outstanding job. I did a Google search and found StoreRight offered a great price for the unit I needed. I tried to secure the unit online but kept getting an invalid home address. I went into the office and meet Susan, the Office Manager. She was very helpful and stated that there’s some glitch with the site. She also stated that she was happy that I came in and didn’t go somewhere else. The building is very new and clean. The technology there is very advanced and I feel that my belongings will be safe.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The storage facility was very clean and it is only 1.8 miles from my house.

The manager was very friendly and helpful when I had an issue with my access code. She came up to my storage unit to let me know she had fixed the issue. Thank you!

The price is right and the customer service was great. He walked me over the my unit just to make sure I knew how to get there.

Susan was vety helpful in showing me and my wife different storage options.

Susan is phenomenal! I was having a bad experience at another storage facility and needed to get out of there ASAP! I called StoreRight and Susan helped me. She was soo sweet. I went to the unit to finish my sign up and she showed me around the facility. Her customer service is amazing ! The facility is also very clean and air conditioned.

We are moving to StoreRight Self Storage from a competitor whose elevators are always out of service, and they are consistently raising the monthly rates with deceptive tactics and poor noticing. I had such a wonderful signing experience with Susan at the office! She was extremely friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to a much better experience with StoreRight Self Storage and will certainly recommend them.
